Hi...... Is Bak Zhang Day !!!!!
















Is Chinese Culture....,
Every Year this time is our
DUMPLING FESTIVAL DAY...!!!











See these lovely "Bak Zhang"..... are wrapped with Pandan Leaves..... and tied up,,.,.,
in an triangle shape.,.,










Some are wrapped with Bamboo leaves....
and then bring to boil in the water...,
until cooked..










See after unwrapped.....
Hmmm.... nice fragrant of the
glutinous rice which stuffed with meat.. mushroom or with some peanuts..








See... here it is..,, look delicious.....
Yummy ,,, yummy....

I REALLY LIKE THIS SO CALLED... 'BAK ZHANG' .....Anyway.... you can find it in market...
