FATHER'S DAY

WE WERE CELEBRATING 'FATHER'S DAY' ON SATURDAY...

AS THE ACTUAL DAY SURE LOTS OF PEOPLE ARE CELEBRATING.. ....SO, WE WENT TO 'IPOH TOWN'...

THIS IS LEMON GRASS CHICKEN CHOP WITH RICE..

NASI LEMAK WITH 2 CHICKEN WINGS.,
(normal nasi lemak are with cucumber, egg, peanut, anchovy
and Hot & Spicy sauce... see... she is so enjoyed with the chicken wings...
and this is the recommanded dish.. u should order and it's worth..

these are crispy chicken nugget dip with tomato sauce.

Yes... before i forget..... U know
i was ordered 'THAI STYLE CHICKEN CHOP WITH RICE'
I waited... waited... how come my chicken chop not arrived yet..
i was so angry as everyone almost finished their makan..
so... i asked the waiter.... whether mine has done..

and the waiter... was mistaken that i want to order one more set.,.
and he give me the bill again,,
and ask me to pay....which i have paid earlier for all, even for my own order...
I was very mad.... and finally mine were arrived.. as i was angry,
so... i forgot to take the pic of my Thai Chicken Chop...

Anyway, it taste nice...

IT WAS FATHER'S DAY..... (sunday)

SO IN THE AFTERNOON... WE WERE SO FREE AND WE WENT TO JALAN PENRISSEN TO LOOK FOR SOME FOOD... AND WE WENT TO "PENRISSEN FOOD COURT", AT 4 1/2 MILES.... WE FOUND A STALL WHICH OPERATED BY CHINA MAN AND HIS DIALECT IS "HENG HUA",,,, ..... HIS STALL HAS SELL 'HENG HUA MEE,...'HOKKIEN MEE", AND SOME OTHER NOODLE AS SHOWN ON THE SIGN BOARD... AND ALSO HE SELLS SOME FRIED KUEH... LIKE 'YU CHA KUEH' & 'SUNG PING'....... BELOW ARE HOW HE MAKE THE 'YU CHA KUEH' PROCESS...

He was so happy when we went to buy from him... and he was demo for us to see.... because..

a few people were ordered from him.. and he need to freshly make and this is nice when served hot.. especially dip with Coffee or Tea....

This China man... who can sing very well and he also has some kung fu.... as like... 'Bruce Lee' = swing "Double Sticks"... I was told and informed by one of my old neighbour, who also have a stall there... which selling "Vegetarian Food" at Penrissen Food Court just next to Everrise Supermarket...

Before served to the customer... he cut into pieces and is easy to chew..

See he deep fried the 'YU CHA KUEH' in pot of oil ...

Well.... it is ready.... and served HOT...

YES.... THESE WERE WE ORDERED AND 'TAPAU' HOME...

THESE ARE THE 'SUNG PING' which is abit sweet and crispy...
and
we tapau back to eat with our porridge
it is nice with a hot bowl of porridge...

As well we mixed with 'Ikan Billis' and salted fish
(Anchovy)

with some vege, put some Spring Onion, Fried Onion and Celery...

Hmmm .. this was the soup with meat balls...
and is suppose to mix in the plain porridge..

yes.... this is the ready made porridge.... sprinkled with spring onion, fried onion and celery also with Anchovy.....

I LOVE PORRIDGE AND AS WELL AS MY FAMILY DO..

.....well.... it just a simple celebration...
and is more healthy...
